Hydrogen-Ethylene Mixed Gas "Hydrocut"

Improved safety, workability, and environmental performance! With the power of hydrogen, we are advancing to the forefront of manufacturing!

"Hydrocut" is a mixed gas of hydrogen and ethylene developed by Iwatani Gas, featuring excellent characteristics in terms of "safety," "workability," and "environmental performance." It is safe to work with as it is less likely to cause backfire, and due to its lighter weight and high diffusivity compared to air, the gas does not tend to accumulate. Additionally, it has low radiant heat and high flame concentration, which alleviates thermal effects during work, allowing for a comfortable working environment. The amount of CO2 generated can be reduced by approximately 70% compared to acetylene and about 85% compared to propane gas. [Features] ■ Less likely to cause backfire ■ Lighter than air ■ Low soot production ■ Reduced radiant heat ■ CO2 reduction *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
